Outfit: Emerald Shoes

This blog has moved.

These shoes are one of my absolute favorites - I bought them a few years ago and it was totally meant to be. The thing is, I had been eyeing them for a while but didn't wanna spend the full price. So, one day I was at the mall with Sheela when we saw that Steve Madden had a Spin The Wheel sale. I figured why not give it a shot? Well, I won 40% off of one item and I bought these shoes! They also just happen to be in Pantone's 2013 color of the year!

OOTD: Red & Bows

What to wear to a holiday dinner(ish) when you don't have time to go shopping? You guys know, by now, that I'm a huge fan of color and sparkle and try to avoid LBDs, whenever possible. However, sometimes, you just have to let an LBD rescue you! That doesn't mean that you can't add some fun elements & colors with an LBD. This coat is one of my favorites - mostly because of the leopard lining - and it's perfect for the holidays!

The Little Black Dress

So, a couple weeks ago, I got this email from my friend -

Hello My Personal Style Expert :)!
So I bought this dress. Now I know it looks like a simple black dress but it looks really nice on! Very fitted yet figure flattering. My question to you is how can I dress it up? Accessories? Hair/Makeup?
Your thoughts are greatly appreciated,
Sheela.

Then she suggested I do 3 different looks I thought it was a brilliant idea. So, here are 3 different ways to style your LBD! I picked an Asos peplum dress. Peplum is one of my favorite silhouettes and I think a black peplum dress is a closet essential.

This is just a simple look with a little dash of color and pattern. The optional blazer can make it even more formal.
